Our group met at the Bull Dog café in Clayton. There were eight of us Dennis Robertson, David Loessin and Teri Chancey in there Toyotas, Robert Jones & Grandson Bobby in his Samurai, Mike Ward with his Jeep Rubicon, Donald Weiser & son with his Jeep TJ, Aaron and female passenger out of Ponca City with his Jeep, Rick Mosley & Natalie Dalessandro in the "Salvage Yard Refugee".

We headed out about 08:00 Dennis was trail leader and David was tail gunner. We got to the trail head & aired down. We were working are way to Survey line. We came up on some good old boys in the middle of K trail. Dennis & David talked to them. Their hunting club leased the rights to the land. For $25 each we could run for 3 day’s. We turned around and made are way to McKinley rock. Dennis adjusted his brakes. The view from on top was great! So I was told. After Dennis was ready we made are way to the rear gate of Ed’s place. At 3 stage every one made it up the first stage. On stage 2 of 3, Mike bent his oil pan. Donald broke a tooth off of his spider gear. Dennis had starter malfunction and we got it up and going. After we got to the fire road, the old boy from the RV Park came up. We chewed the fat with him for a while and he told us he has leased that land from ED. That is some thing we’ll be checking on. If it turns out he did it will be $15 to play there instead of $10. We’ll keep ya'll in the loop on it. David took Donald out through the RV park at $5 each. We headed down the fire road to the 1st part of 3 stage. I talked Natalie into driving the Refugee. She was uptight till she got the hang of it. We went out on Rock Creek and Natalie did great on it. After we got to the top, Dennis called the run at 3:30. Some of us meet at Dennis camp and kicked it around for a while. Donald headed back to the city. Robert took Bobby to lake Sardis to go swimming.

We meet up at the Bull Dog Café on Sunday. After every one got there, we talked about what we were going to do. We headed out about 08:00 to Green Acres. Robert was trail leader and Rick the tail gunner. We took the 1st trail to the right that is a new trail. We took it to the end and came back down. We took a #3 trail and ran it to the top we then went down Back Loop and about ½ way down, Teri broke a brake line. We got her back to Slims where Dennis & David put a used brake line on her Toyota, so she could drive back to Bixby, Ok. We did have a good time and hope to see ya'll out there.
