Adopt a Highway Program


We are participating in the State of Oklahoma "Adopt a Highway Program".
Don Fitzpatrick will be the coordinator for the club. The club has submitted an application to adopt a section of Interstate 40, beginning at Harrah Road and extending East for two miles. The application has been accepted, and a representative from the highway department will attend our April meeting and show us a safety video, and furnish a release form for us to sign.

Our next trash pick-up day will be -- June 18, 2005

This is a great way to serve your community and it's also a great way to get to know each other better. I hope to see everyone out there next time.

Four times a year, the club will meet for a walk down the highway to pick up trash. Sorry, but NO kids under 11 may attend (ODOT program rule). Just call or e-mail, if you have any questions:
